Anonymity and Security Tips
The technology used allows you to remain anonymous if you so wish. If you make an anonymous report, follow these tips to protect your identity:
Do not include any personal data or information that may reveal your identity. When attaching files, make sure they do not contain personal data you do not wish to disclose.
Ensure that your internet connection is secure, indicated by the padlock icon next to the address bar.
If you are an employee, we recommend making the anonymous report from a personal device, not belonging to the company and without connection to the company’s internal network, so that your IP address cannot be identified nor therefore linked to any employee.
The channel allows anonymous communications; information without identifying data of the informant will be accepted for processing, and will be handled with the utmost care and proportionality:
Important:
If no contact information is provided, it will not be possible to inform the informant of the receipt, acceptance, opening, or resolution of the case. Protection of the informant and the absence of retaliation are guaranteed. Use of the Internal Channel must respect the principles of truthfulness and proportionality, and it may not be used for purposes other than those aimed at complying with legislation and applicable regulations.
Management of the Internal Information Channel
The management of the Internal Information Channel is governed by the principles of informant protection, confidentiality of the informant's identity, of the persons affected, and of the actions carried out, data protection, and reasoned and proportionate decision-making, taking into account the circumstances of the reported facts and always respecting the rights and guarantees of both the informant and the affected persons, if any.
