Independent Authority for the Protection of Whistleblowers, A.A.I. (AINPI)

We inform you about the existence of the external information channel through which you can submit information to AINPI confidentially or anonymously about irregular matters or report unethical, illegal actions or actions that violate European regulations or constitute serious or very serious criminal or administrative offenses.

Any natural person may report to the Independent Authority for the Protection of Whistleblowers, A.A.I. (https://www.proteccioninformante.gob.es/) the commission of any actions or omissions included in the scope of application of law 2/23, either directly or after prior communication through the corresponding internal channel.

Whistleblowers are reminded that the entity's internal information system is the preferred channel for reporting actions or omissions provided for in article 2 of law 2/23, provided that the infringement can be effectively addressed and if the whistleblower considers that there is no risk of retaliation.
